How Regenis Subscriptions Work
All Regenis bundles are sold as 4-week subscriptions to keep your reading journey going. Your subscription includes your initial order and one required renewal; after that, you may cancel anytime. You’ll receive email confirmation of your subscription and initial order. Each renewal charge is billed on the schedule below and appears on your card statement.
Pricing & Renewals
Promotional pricing and free items apply to your first order only. Ten days after your first order, and every 28 days after that, your subscription renews at our standard rate of $49.99 per 40-Day Transformation Combo for the paid items in your original bundle — free items are included on your first order only — until you cancel or change it.
- 40-Day Transformation Combo: $24.99 on your first order, then renews at $49.99 ten days later and every 28 days after that until you cancel.
Your exact renewal price and schedule are disclosed on our product page and in this policy before you subscribe. Renewal charges may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Recurring Charges
By completing a purchase you authorize Regenis to charge your saved payment method automatically ten days after your first order and every 28 days after that, at the rates above. Charges continue unless and until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription is paused.
Skip, Pause, or Cancel
- No cancellation fees. Your subscription includes your initial order and one required renewal. After that renewal has been billed, you may cancel at any time.
- Cancel or manage your subscription via the cancellation link in your confirmation email, on our Manage Subscription page, or by emailing info@tryregenis.com (include your full name and order number for faster processing).
- Deadline to cancel: to avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Renewals & Order Processing
Subscribe & Refill or VIP Club, Not Both
Regenis also offers a paid VIP Club membership. A customer may be enrolled in either Subscribe & Refill or the VIP Club, but not both at the same time. If you enroll in one while the other is active, we will keep the program you selected most recently and cancel the other before its next billing date. VIP Club terms are in Section 4A of our Terms of Service.
Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order. Once a renewal order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment — cancelling your subscription stops all future charges but does not affect orders already billed. All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and will be processed and billed accordingly.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are covered by our Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
