How Regenis Subscriptions Work
All Regenis bundles are sold as 4-week subscriptions to ensure uninterrupted supply. Your subscription includes your initial order and one required renewal; after that, you may cancel anytime. You’ll receive email confirmation for your subscription, initial order, and each renewal charge.
Pricing & Renewals
Promotional pricing and free bottles apply to your first order only. After your first order, your subscription renews every 4 weeks at our standard rate of $59.99 per bottle for the paid bottles in your original bundle — free bottles are included on your first order only — until you cancel or change it.
- 1 Bottle: $29.99 on your first order, then renews at $59.99 every 4 weeks (1 bottle per refill)
- Buy 2 Get 1 Free (3 bottles): $59.99 on your first order, then $119.98 (2 × $59.99) every 4 weeks (2 bottles per refill)
- Buy 3 Get 2 FREE (5 bottles): $89.99 on your first order, then $179.97 (3 × $59.99) every 4 weeks (3 bottles per refill)
Your exact renewal price and schedule are disclosed on our product page and in this policy before you subscribe. Renewal charges may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Recurring Charges
By completing a purchase you authorize Regenis to charge your saved payment method automatically every 4 weeks at the rates above. Charges continue unless and until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription is paused.
Skip, Pause, or Cancel Anytime
- No commitments, no minimum number of renewals, no cancellation fees.
- Cancel or manage your subscription anytime via the cancellation link in your confirmation email, on our Manage Subscription page, or by emailing info@tryregenis.com (include your full name and order number for faster processing).
- Deadline to cancel: to avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Renewals & Order Processing
Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order. Once a renewal order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment — cancelling your subscription stops all future charges but does not affect orders already billed. All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and will be processed and billed accordingly.
